The purpose of the work is to investigate the problems of modern lighting and to find a solution to the influence of lighting on the psychosomatic state of man. Research methods - theoretical, statistical, photometric and computer modeling. Reducing the amount of minerals on earth, the technology of their processing and, as a consequence, the harmful effects on the environment, poses new challenges to humanity to modernize, improve and implement energy-saving technologies in all spheres of human life. The conducted researches allowed to develop recommendations on reconstruction of lighting of places of common use in apartment houses of 9, 12, and 16 storeys. Based on this, highly efficient op amps have been proposed, which allow to reduce electricity consumption by 2-3 times at normalized light levels. The results of approbation of the developed OS allow to recommend them for use in residential buildings of any construction series when conducting appropriate monitoring. The results obtained on the basis of research make it possible to formulate approaches to mixed light lighting and create on their basis a correct color light environment, thus solving the important task of correcting the psychosomatic state of man.
