The following general scientific methods were used in the research process: statistical analysis - to study, group, compare, evaluate and interpret factual data; graphic - for a visual representation of the stated provisions; monographic - to study the theoretical foundations of optimization of the organizational structure of management and the development of job descriptions for machine-building enterprises. The analysis of literary sources on this topic is carried out in the work; compiled general information about the object of study; data on the existing organizational structure of Kredmash Service LLC and its economic activity were collected; the division of job responsibilities and powers by functional affiliation was carried out in order to avoid duplication; the optimized organizational structure of Kredmash Service LLC is offered; on the basis of the agreed organizational structure of management the regulations on structural divisions and job descriptions are developed.
