Received further development: analytical procedures for analyzing the structure of total capital, taking into account the intellectual component, the formation of a criteria matrix for optimizing the capital structure, financial objectives and possible financial risks; theoretical and methodological bases of enterprise capital structure management; methodical approach to optimizing the capital structure by the criterion of minimizing financial risks based on the scenario approach.
