Purpose: substantiation of methodology and development of scientific and methodological approaches to the formation of mechanisms for intensifying the innovative development of entrepreneurship at different levels of organization of the economic system in the context of globalization. Research methods: the theoretical and methodological basis of the study were the provisions of economic theory, macro- and microeconomics, management theory. In order to achieve this goal, the work uses a logical-dialectical method of scientific knowledge, methods of theoretical generalization and comparison - in the formation of categorical-terminological apparatus and determining the essence of the basic definitions of the study; methods of grouping, classification and structural-functional analysis - in the process of determining the main components of the mechanisms of innovative development; scientific induction, analysis and synthesis; tabular-graphical and matrix methods for systematization and visual presentation of analytical data obtained as a result of the study, as well as methods of expert evaluation, cluster analysis, monitoring and diagnostics, simulation and others.
