The complex of plant pathogenic fungi (species of the genus Fusarium and A. alternata) can be causative agents of tomato plant diseases. Isolated from necrotized tomato fruits spore bacteria Bacillus sp. show protopectinase activity and participate in the pathological process caused by microscopic fungi. Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. carotovorum with pectolytic properties have been isolated from tomato fruits with symptoms of soft rot. The viruses: Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), Cucumber mosaic virus (СMV), Tomato spotted wilt (TSWV), Tomato ringspot (ToRSV) and Tomato black ring (TBRV) we’re not detected by PCR in tomato plants showing the disease symptoms.
