Particular attention was paid to the study of social, human-centered aspects of transformational changes, socialization, social responsibility and social capital as fundamental components that shape the economic and managerial potential of socialization of the national economy. Theoretical and methodological bases of formation, estimation and management of potential of socialization of economy of Ukraine are defined. As part of the assessment of the potential of socialization of the economy, the determinants, criteria and indicators, trends and their dynamics are studied. Methods and tools of socialization of the economy at the macro and micro levels are considered. As a result, on the basis of innovative management approaches, taking into account social policy, the conceptual foundations of social state building are proposed.
