The thermal casing, the water-cooled crucible with the evaporating material and the heater are configured the coating deposition zone inside the vacuum chamber. The device is further provided with a movable damper with the possibility of moving to the coating deposition zone to shield the surfaces of the part and the inner surface of the thermal casing from the surfaces of the heater and the evaporating material. The proposed design provides protection of the surface of the part from the ingress of unwanted impurities and microdroplets at the beginning of the evaporation process, as well as protection of the surfaces of the heater and the material for evaporation from the ingress of condensate.
