The object of study is the process of managing the economic security of the enterprise. The subject of research is the theoretical and methodological foundations of economic security management of the enterprise. To achieve this goal, a system of general scientific and special research methods was used: logical generalization, analysis and synthesis (to generalize theoretical approaches to managing economic security of the enterprise), methods of economic and mathematical analysis (for processing and analysis of initial data, economic security assessment of Ukraine as a whole and enterprises in particular), graphical method (to visualize the results of the study). In the research work in the first section the theoretical approaches of management of economic safety of the enterprise, methodological bases and functions, principles of system of management of economic safety of the enterprise are analyzed and developed, systems of estimation of efficiency of management of economic safety of the enterprises are considered. The second section presents the results of an analytical study of the economic security of Ukraine and the assessment of the economic security of the enterprise. In the third section of the research work the multifaceted nature of crisis management of the enterprise is considered and the approaches to the interpretation of the essence of crisis management are systematized and the models of economic security management of the enterprise are built.
