The aim of the work is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of winter triticale lines on valuable economic characteristics in the field condition. To determine the level of economic value and adaptability on the yield of competitive test lines, to select promising ones for transfer to the State qualification examination. Research methods - field, laboratory, mathematical and statistical. Results - There are lines that exceed the yield standard by 0.29-0.36 t / ha. Probable positive correlations between yield and other selection traits have been established. Lines have been identified that can be used as sources of productivity for individual elements: k / r 4/5, 58/8 21/70/2/8 /, Moskalets Line 1. 13 hardy drought tolerant lines have been identified, taking into account the standard, including four lines significantly exceeded the standard: Moskalets Line 1, 150215, 160057 (k / r 6/2) and 15612 hp. The lines of winter triticale with increased adaptive capacity are distinguished - (14459) 1519/1893/2, k / r 4/5 and 58/8 21/70/2/8.
