The design of compositions of asphalt concrete mixtures with the use of basalt fiber is performed. Experimental studies of samples of mixtures and asphalt concretes with dispersed reinforcement with basalt fiber were carried out. All necessary design characteristics of such asphalt concretes with which to supplement the corresponding directories are defined. The efficiency of basalt fiber application in asphalt concrete is estimated. Testing calculations of pavement structures with asphalt concrete pavement with the use of basalt fiber were carried out. The optimal technological parameters of preparation of asphalt concrete mixes with use of basalt fiber and the device of a road covering from them are defined. The national standard concerning technical conditions for asphalt concrete mixes and road asphalt concrete with dispersed reinforcement by basalt fiber is developed.
