The aim of the work is to create a comprehensive source of material resistant to the main diseases of winter wheat and to identify sources of resistance to pathogens and pests for use in breeding programs among the collection varieties and varieties of winter wheat. Research methods - laboratory, field, visual, applied and mathematical, statistical. Results - A set of cultivar accession with group and complex resistance to diseases and pests was formed. The analysis of phenotypic dominance in F1 hybrids and the hybridological analysis of F2 hybrids of the basis resistance to the brown rust pathogen were performed. Using the PCR analysis revealed 3 varieties of winter bread wheat, which contain the Lr 34 (+) allele, among them Berehynia Myronivska which is involved in crosses to create disease-resistant hybrid material. Sources of resistance against pathogens have been identified among the collection specimens and varieties of various breeding centers of Ukraine and varieties that were less populated by pests.
