The role and importance of innovative products in increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of their vegetable products have been substantiated. The components of the formation and functioning of the market for intellectual property objects in vegetable growing have been analyzed and evaluated. New approaches and directions of increasing the efficiency of using completed scientific developments on new and improved innovative transfer schemes and technologies have been worked out. The market of vegetable-growing products has been surveyed and analyzed, market research has been carried out for each vegetable crop with the definition of niches in which the products of the institute are presented. The rating of varieties and hybrids of the Institute for each vegetable crop has been determined. An analysis of the distribution of seeds under license agreements has been made. A database of innovative competitive products has been created for implementation in farms of various forms of ownership. Scientific and practical recommendations have been developed for supporting the filling of the agricultural market with innovative products by providing scientific consulting and information and marketing services. The analysis of the forms and directions of information support for the transfer of the latest agricultural technologies and the organization of information and consulting support for the subjects of the agricultural market is given. One of the ways to improve the transfer of innovations is the creation of technology parks with scientific and information centers to solve pressing problems of the industry, which are designed to combine production and financial resources.
