The aim of the study was to increase the effectiveness of therapeutic and prophylactic measures in children with somatic pathology by taking into account age characteristics, phenotypic-endotypic characteristics and the use of systemic (energotropic and metabolic agents) and topical (emolient) drugs. Research methods: general clinical, cytochemical, biochemical, molecular genetic, microbiological, instrumental, social and analytical, statistical.
