The purpose of the work is to develop the Project of degassing of the excavation section of the 2nd lava of the southern panel of the block 10 of layer d4 of PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske». Research methods – generalization and analysis of results, methods mat. statistics, calculations by standard methods. As a result of the work, the technical documentation for working off the 2nd bench of the southern panel of block 10 of layer d4 of PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske» was analyzed. The expected methane release within the excavation site, the required degassing efficiency and the maximum allowable loads on the treatment face by gas factor, parameters and mode of degassing of the roof by wells and produced space "candles", the required diameters of the pipeline. Developed "Measures to control the degassing system by the system of the excavation section 2 of the lava of the southern panel of the block 10 of the d4 formation during fires in the mine workings". The project of complex degassing of the excavation section of the 2nd lava of the southern panel of the block 10 of the d4 formation of PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske» was developed.
