The procedure of preparation of glutamate and pyruvate solutions with corresponding activity and the measurement of their molar concentrations were determined. The algorithm of estimation of extended uncertainty of measurement result (calculation of experimental mean square deviation (hereinafter - SLE) of series of measurement results, estimation of homogeneity of series of results by Kochren criterion, calculation of value of SLE, characterizing repeatability of results, standard obtained the extended uncertainty of the measurement result.
