In the report: developed the theoretical and methodical bases control a microbiota by plant groups for management of biological safety agrocenoses; determined quantitative and qualitative indicators the phytopathogenic micromycetes in agrocenoses with different technologies of cultivation a cultivated plants; was studied the infectious potential the microbiota in crops of different varieties of cultivated plants and plant residues by different technologies of growing crops; was studied the mechanisms of synecological connections a plant groups with the microbiota agrocenoses; defined change a indicators quality of vegetable raw materials in response to defeat by phytopathogenic fungi. The results the study were developed scientific and methodological recommendations, which proposed a systemic-ecological approach to optimizing the phytosanitary condition a agrocenoses in organic farming through the use of varieties - as a trophic factor influencing populations of phytopathogenic fungi.
