The long non-coding RNA molecules that can decrease the expression of Kir6.1, Kir6.2, SUR1, and SUR2 subunits of ATP-sensitive potassium channels were established. It was demonstrated that treatment of isolated polymorphonuclear neutrophils with total purified RNA stimulates Neutrophil Extracellular Traps formation.
