Bacterization of seeds of leguminous crops by strains of rhizobia promotes the synthesis of organic substances, which not only take part in the functioning of symbiosis, but are also capable of creating prerequisites for increasing the resistance of plants to adverse environmental conditions. Under the conditions of laboratory experiments, we obtained new data on the ability of the effective strain Mesorhizobium ciceri ND-64 to produce biologically active substances. It was shown that treatment with M. ciceri ND-64 suspension (concentration 1:1000) resulted in the highest increase in coleoptiles (by 20%), an increase in the mass of cucumber cotyledons (by 50%), and an increase in the length of the mesocotyls at a concentration of 1:500 was 23%. Using the method of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in the culture liquid of M. ciceri ND-64 were discovered substances of auxins of nature (IVC, indole-3-acetic acid hydrazide, indole-3-butyric acid and indole-3-carbinol) with a total concentration of 29,59 μg/g absolutely dry matter. The report provides scientific information on the compatibility of M. ciceri bacteria with fungicides, which will optimize the application of inoculation and seed dressing in production conditions. It was shown that bacteria M. cicer ND-64 are more resistant to the active substances of the fungicides Maxim Star, Vitavax 200 FF and Scenic 80 FS than M. ciceri N-12. The largest number of M. ciceri ND-64 cells remained viable on seeds treated with Vitavax 200 FF 28 days before inoculation (2,2*106 cells/seed). The data on the properties of chickpea rhizobia were analysed and an effective strain of M. ciceri ND-64, which   Product Description popup.authors Vorobei Yuliia O. Lohosha Olha V.
