The optimal modes of cryopreservation and thawing of sturgeon sperm have been determined. The cryobank of the institute was replenished with samples of Russian sturgeon sperm (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii Brandt, 1833) in the amount of 18 spermodoses with a volume of 2 ml, Siberian sturgeon sperm (Acipenser baerii) in the amount of 16 spermodoses with a volume of 2 ml.
