It was found that in the martensitic phase of the Ni51.9Mn27.0Ga21.1, two Curie temperatures are observed, which form a specific temperature hysteresis of the magnetic transition. Magnetic transitions in Ni51.9Mn27.0Ga21.1 were analyzed based on the Arrott method. Despite the existence of temperature hysteresis, it was found that in accordance with the Banerjee criterion, these transitions are second order transitions between the ferro- and paramagnetic phases.
