Includes 42 specimens of the species Helianthus annuus, origin from three countries (Ukraine, Russia, United States of America). The collection includes samples with certain types of coloration of the layers of the pericarp and their established genetic control. In general, 3 layers and 10 alleles of 4 genes are described. The presence of the established parameters of large-fruitiness in 40 sunflower lines was checked. Information for 2016-2020 was summarized. Research of the collection for morphological and economically valuable characters. The lines D168v, D175b, KP11 were identified as large-fruited for use in test hybrids as a parent component. Line D162d as a branched pollen fertility restorer in hybrids. Selected samples D167V, ZKN51, ZKN32 and ZKN50 as donors of large-abundance. The female line LVO12A was created with an oleic acid content of more than 85%. Hybrids with the LVO12A line had the highest yields of 2.7 and 2.55 t / ha in 2020, statistically equal to the best of foreign standards. Paternal male lines LVO38 / 1 and D573b with an oleic acid content of more than 85% were created. Both lines have a homozygous state of genes for a high oleic acid content, branching, and resistance against broomrape races A-G inclusive.
