The use of drugs that contain phytohormones and amino acids as an element of stabilization of adaptive processes of organogenesis of spring barley plants is very important in conditions of unstable moisture in the Northern Steppe zone. The best result in terms of yield was the option, which provided for the treatment of Fast Start seeds 2 l / t, tillering - X-Cyte 1 l / ha, flag leaf-HMUM 5-10-27 2 l / ha, which formed an additional 1.0 t / ha of spring barley grain, which corresponds to a 21.3% increase in productivity. The use of microbiological preparations for inoculation and foliar spraying of plants contributed to the good development of spring barley throughout the growing season, which in turn allowed to obtain additional grain yield from 0.35 t / ha to 1.15 t / ha compared to control. Scientific and methodological recommendations for the introduction of agro-technical measures for the formation of highly productive crops of spring barley in the eastern part of the northern steppe of Ukraine have been prepared.
