Subject of research - self-fertile lines, O-type lines and MS forms. The purpose is to develop methodological approaches of identification new elements of apozygotia, which will allow to conduct an express analysis of the apozygotic method of reproduction of regular and irregular varieties of breeding materials of sugar beet. Research methods - cytogenetic and cytoembryological methods of research male and female gametophytes, phenological, morphobiological methods of research of sugar beets of the first and second years of life. Predicted assumptions about the development of the object of study - the conducted research will expand the theoretical understanding of genetic aspects of agamosperm reproduction of B. vulgaris, which in practice will accelerate the selection process and consolidate the effect of heterosis.
