Analysis of the results of an online survey of 1,100 respondents identified the most significant factors associated with the occupational stress of health workers during the coronavirus pandemic, namely: a) types of response to the situation in connection with COVID-19; b) factors that affect the occurrence of stress; c) factors that help to overcome stress. Taking into account the data of the previous analysis, the online questionnaire was improved: it was shortened, some questions were combined and generalized, abbreviations were deciphered, questions on the use of psychoactive substances and alcohol as means of overcoming stress were added, and the question of psychological interventions on mental state was clarified health. The study of socio-psychological characteristics of medical staff showed that the emergence of additional risks, increased workload and stressful situations negatively affected the psycho-emotional state of health workers, causing them irritability, fear, anxiety, physical exhaustion and excessive fatigue. During October-November this year, the online survey was extended, and an additional 1,100 respondents were interviewed. Thus, a database based on the answers of 2,200 medical workers has been formed to perform the tasks of the next stages of the research. Product Description popup.authors Ilnitska Tatyana Yu.
