The aim of the project is to analyze the provision of the educational process in the field of higher education in Ukraine, the EU and the world in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods of research: a comparative method, an interpretative-analytical method with application of synthesis, analysis, systematization; methods of theoretical systematization, classification and generalization contributed to formulation of generalized conclusions; observation, measurement, processing and analysis of obtained results. There was carried out a comprehensive theoretical study of the provision of the educational process in the field of higher education in Ukraine, the EU and the world under the pandemic COVID-19; priority strategies and key approaches to ensure and implement a quality educational process and overcome the negative effects of the pandemic in the educational sphere. There were outlined the problems and prospects of transition to a flexible mode of work with the use of online resources for distance learning; the positive consequences of learning with regard to the socio-psychological and individual psychological context. Based on the results of the research, a methodology for diagnosing the state, levels and features of adaptation of all participants in the educational process to the new conditions of the organization of the educational process was developed; online questionnaire for the introduction of distance learning in a forced social distancing was designed and launched. There was created a scientific base (articles in a collective monograph, articles in foreign and domestic professional journals, collection of scientific papers) and research infrastructure for further research in the field of socio-pedagogical, psychological, philosophical and other sciences.
