The purpose of the work is to improve the classification of morphology, technologies and waste management systems of the transport infrastructure of the technosphere. Research methods: monographic, analytical methods, standard microbiological and research of physicochemical and operational properties of kerosene and diesel fuel. Theoretical and practical results: - taxonomic analysis of fungi isolated from landfills of transport infrastructure of Kyiv was carried out; - a comparative characterization of the influence of physical and chemical properties of fuels and lubricants on the life of destructive microorganisms; - the ability of a complex of microorganisms isolated from the city landfill of Kyiv to destruction / degradation of diesel fuel and kerosene was studied; - the mechanism of intensification of degradation of diesel fuel and kerosene at different temperatures is investigated; - the ability of microalgae to absorb nutrients from wastewater was studied; - prepared analytical notes to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the state, legislative and regulatory framework, morphology, waste management system of the transport sector in the world and in Ukraine" and "Assessment of biosafety in the transport infrastructure of the technosphere and biotechnological potential of microorganisms to neutralize liquid and solid organic waste "; - analytical notes to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine were prepared - the project of the monograph "Experimental and analytical substantiation of maintenance of microbiological stability of motor and rocket fuels" is prepared. The expected results of the research are new from the point of view of solving the problem of utilization of oil products by microorganisms.
