During the project, modern experimental research methods were used: spectral analysis, which provides clarification of the relevant physical mechanisms and processes in the conditions of the required purity of the studied objects. In theoretical research and computer calculations, methods have been used that guarantee sufficient accuracy and reliability of the results. Studies on the spectral behavior of chromonic molecules in polar and nonpolar solvents have been performed. Conditions and thresholds (by concentration) of molecular aggregation are determined, the structure of aggregates is established. The results of quantum chemical calculations are shown, namely the optimized equilibrium geometry of molecules of the investigated substances in the ground and excited states, electron transition energy and oscillator power, as well as visualization of the results were performed using HyperChem, Gaussian and GaussianView programs. The disk interaction model was considered and the exact canonical stats of hard disks in a narrow quasi-one-dimensional pore of a given length and width was analytically obtained. The pressure along and across the pores, the distribution of longitudinal contact distances and transverse coordinates of the disks were found analytically. It is shown that the transition from the dense to the liquid state is quite abrupt, but there is no singularity; the defects disappear only in a dense zigzag, similar to the behavior of defects in the Kosterlitz-Taules transition. The obtained results are supposed to be used for development of practical recommendations and creation of physical bases for new electronic technologies, including for construction of prototypes of flexible sensor devices on the basis of self-ordered molecular films.
