The influence of different nanoparticles of gold, palladium, iridium, platinum and zeolites on the sensitivity of potentiometric transducers based on pH-sensitive field-effect transistors to pH, which is an indicator of the enzymatic reaction. The analysis of the main characteristics of the surface of planar electrodes by the method of impedance spectroscopy after their modification by nanomaterials of different nature is carried out.
