As a result of the first stage of the work, the analysis of the nucleotide sequence of the genomes of a number of strains of SARS-CoV-2 virus, influenza and other particularly dangerous viral infections (HDVI). Bioinformative analysis of genomes and design of primers for the creation of test systems based on isothermal and PCR analyzes were performed. Literature data and own previous studies were processed to determine the list of innate immunity genes. Specific oligonucleotides were selected for PCR analysis of pathogenic viruses and expression of human immune system genes for research, development and testing of test systems. Biological fluids of healthy and infectious patients were collected and RNA and cDNA collections were created. Techniques for obtaining RNA from scrapings for direct detection of gene expression for PCR analysis and by using Bst3.0 isothermal polymerase were developed. The recombinant Bst DNA polymerase enzyme was cloned, expressed in bacterial cells and developed to create an express test system based on isothermal PCR.
