Nucleotide sequences of virulent strains and isolates of bacteria and viruses were analyzed using sequencing, computer software and NCBI data. Methods for identification of pathogenic bacteria, viruses, endoparasites and oncogenic mobile elements based on polymerase chain reaction have been developed, testing and optimization of methods have been performed, and statistical analysis of the obtained results has been provided.
