The presence and number of pathogenic for humans and phytopathogenic microorganisms in organ-containing waste have been studied. Experimental samples were taken in the silt fields of Lvivvodokanal in the range of depths 0-0.2 m, 1.4-1.6 m, 2.8-3 m. The results of sanitary-microbiological studies of sludge, conducted to determine the bacteria of the Escherichia coli group, established their rather low presence. Pathogenic microorganisms, including salmonella, in a sample of 50 g were also not detected. Sanitary and microbiological studies, which were carried out to detect eggs and larvae of helminths, showed that cysts of pathogenic intestinal protozoa were not detected. According to chemical parameters, it was found that sludge field sediments contain a significant proportion of nutrients that can be used in the mixture to create a growth substrate   Product Description popup.authors Vronska Nataliya Yu.
