The classification of the cascade principle of management of primary wastes of mining production is developed. An ecologically-oriented technological scheme has been developed, which uses the produced space (primary waste of mining production) for laying overburden in "level" with the day surface. A method for demineralization of brines (waste) of the desalination process of mine and quarry waters has been developed. It has been established that sewage sludge can be used as a source of nutrition for secondary ecosystems for the rehabilitation of lands disturbed by mining operations.
