Physiological, biochemical and molecular mechanisms of response of the fruit fly Drosophila melanogaster, planktonic crustacean Daphnia magna and zebrafish Danio rerio to the effects of Roundup and Atrazine under conditions of individual and combined action were studied. The introduction of Chlorella vulgaris in the exposure media in the amount of about 100 thousand cells / dm3 did not show a significant corrective effect on the toxicity of pesticides for non-target species Danio rerio, which doesn’t exclude the positive impact of algae on the functioning of the ecosystem in general and requires more detailed analysis. Based on the determination of the oxidative stress geno- and cytotoxicity in liver of zebrafish shown that atrazine provoked a significant damaging effect compared to Roundup. Concentration dependence is following by the acting compound. Roundup and especially atrazine evoked endocrine disruption and immune disruption effects. The studied pesticides also caused oxidative stress in daphnia, which was proved by changes in the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, catalase) and oxidative stress (protein carbonyls, lipid peroxides, thiol groups), as well as delaying and reducing the infestation of D. melanogaster which indicated the toxic effect of these substances. Thus, in the present conditions for a better understanding of adaptive changes in evolutionarily conserved signaling mechanism of resistance to stress factors is advisable to introduce comprehensive test system for evaluating biosafety of water environment using molecular characteristics of stress and detoxification systems of organisms on different evolutionary stage.
