The purpose of the work is to study the processes of generation, detection and conversion of electromagnetic signals of the microwave, terahertz and optical bands in magnetic nanosystems to develop appropriate new methods for generating, detecting and converting signals, development physical foundations of the latest technologies and development of electrodynamic devices for general and dual use. Research methods - the theory of magnetostatic and dipole-exchange spin waves, analytical calculations in the packages MaShetais, MaYaB and numerical calculations in OOMMF micromagnetic modeling packages, titas, nmag, MicroMagus, muMAG, radiospectroscopic technique, broadband ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) technique, excitation techniques of different types of magnetostatic and dipole exchange spin waves ferrite films, nonlinear FMR technique, method of parametric excitation of spin waves by parallel pumping, superdifferentiation technique optics, etc. The design of a terahertz signal generator based on an array of synchronized spin Hall oscillators (COX) is proposed. An analyzer of the terahertz frequency range based on an antiferromagnetic tunnel contact has been developed and it has been shown that such a device is capable of measuring the signal frequency with an accuracy of ~ 5 MHz at a signal-to-noise ratio of 10 dB.
