The purpose – stabilization of agriculture and increase of fertility of steppe black earth by regulation of biological activity, improvement of efficiency of No-till systems, non-moldboard soil protection tillage and fertilization of crops in crop rotation taking into account quantity and quality of postharvest residues, phytosanitary condition of crops and moisture regulation.Methods – field, laboratory-analytical, comparative-calculation, statistical. The constant use of non-moldboard soil protection tillage enhances the differentiation of the arable layer with a high concentration of nutrients in the upper layer. The developed method of soil monitoring the water-physical properties allows prediction the productivity of crop rotations. The highest increase in yield from mineral fertilizers is provided by winter wheat (6.31 t / he) and corn (4.60 t / he). Replacing plowing with disc tillage or No-till reduced the payback of fertilizers with the obtained grain harvest.
