The purpose of the work is to determine the regularities of the influence of different fertilizer systems of irrigated vegetable-fodder crop rotation on agrochemical and microbiological properties of typical chernozem. The work carried out by the method of stationary field experiments and laboratory statistical analysis. It is determined that the use of organo-mineral fertilizer system, especially with the application of mineral fertilizers locally, provides the formation of the most optimal level of supply of plants with basic nutrients. The mineral fertilizer system causes a certain deterioration of the microbiological activity of the soil. Application of organic fertilizers and, in particular, in combination with mineral fertilizers, causes an increase in the number of nitrogen-fixing microorganisms under cucumber and wheat plants to 123.6-212 thousand OFC/g of dry soil (organisms forming colonies)and potential nitrogen-fixing activity (35.7-47.9 nmolC2H2 / g of dry soil per hour). In the case of mineral (calculated) and organo-mineral fertilizer systems, there is an increase in the yield of barley and wheat by 27.8–59.1%; perennial grasses - by 18.0–24.7%, cucumber and onion - by 24.3–53.8%; maximum yield of fodder units (12.2–12.8 t / ha of crop rotation area). The balance of basic nutrients in the irrigated vegetable crop rotation crop is negative. The smallest difference between removal and receipt is noted for the organo-mineral fertilizer system.
