The purpose of the work is to obtain the energy spectrum of the qubit-resonator system, to implement methods of laser microscopy of superconducting circuits, to create single-photon detectors, to manufacture equipment for the formation of nanocontacts and nanowires, to measure magnetic anisotropy of the nanocomposite CrO2. Research methods - theoretical study of the qubit-resonator system, laser microscopy of metamaterials, measurement of superconducting parameters of molybdenum-silicon structures, measuring the magnetization of the nanocomposites. The theoretical description of the system of qubit-resonator with three driving signals has been developed. The ability of a new method of laser scanning microscopy to obtain phase-sensitive contrast has been established; the superconducting properties of molybdenum-silicon structures of single-photon detectors are investigated.
