The patterns of structure formation in chromium-manganese-nickel alloys were researched in liquid-solid and solid states. The ways of influencing the metal in the liquid-solid state and during crystallization in the mold were researched to increase the cooling rate and improve the quality of castings. Thermo temporal parameters of casting of thriftily alloyed wear-resistant chromium-manganese-nickel alloys were determined. The rational modes of heat treatment of chromium-manganese-nickel alloys for industrial use was developed. The heat treatment of parts of metallurgical and machine-building equipment (rolling tools) from thriftily alloyed alloys was proposed. It is shown that this treatment provides an increase in the complex of mechanical and operational properties (hardness - 65 HRC; wear intensity 0,8x10-3 g / min; increase in wear resistance - 2.5 - 3 times).  Product Description popup.authors Baskevich Olexander S.
