Research methods - clinical supervision, coronary angiography, bicycle ergometry, echocardiography, lipid metabolism and lipoproteins, free radical processes in the blood, multispiral computed tomography (MSCT). The purpose of the study is to determine the nature of progression atherosclerotic process and the intensity of coronary artery disease in comparison with the course of the postinfarction period during observation for three years. Conclusions. It was found that three years after the transferred MI and stenting in 71.4% of patients showed no progression atherosclerotic lesions. Patients without progression of atherosclerosis passed the program of physical trainings on the ergometer, had a little lower low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, compared with patients in which observed the progression of atherosclerotic coronary lesions vessels. The best indicators of exercise tolerance and hemodynamic efficiency of the work performed were registered immediately after end of the second stage of cardiorehabilitation (physical training).
