Prevention and treatment of chronic diseases are identified by the World Health Organization as a priority project aimed at improving the quality of life of the world's population.The impact of comorbid pathology on clinical manifestations, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of many diseases is multifaceted and individual. The interaction of diseases, age and drug pathomorphosis significantly changes the clinical picture and the course of the main nosology, the nature and severity of complications, worsen the quality of life of the patient, limits or complicates the treatment and diagnostic process.
