The alternative system provided an average yield of tomato of 34-36 t / ha (for intensive control 38), onions 39-43, for control 45 t / ha. During the tomato growing season, the dynamics of increasing the content of mobile phosphorus from 99-145 mg / kg to 105-151, potassium from 126-131 to 134-144, control, respectively, phosphorus from 67 to 93, and potassium decrease from 140 to 137 mg / kg. At the initial stage of application of organic technology, the agrophysical condition of the soil does not have a negative balance. With an increase in the price of organic products by 50%, the profitability of tomato production in intercropping with mixtures of cereal and legume components compared to conventional intensive technology increases from 84% to 92-93 and to 108% with triticale spring. Profitability of production of onions from cassette seedlings increases from the control 20% to 38-43. Ukrainian varieties of tomato Chayka and Zolotoi Potok, onions Globus and Amphora, which belong to different varietitypes, are suitable for use in alternative technologies.
