Evaluation of dynamic changes in the respiratory function of the lungs of laboratory animals was performed by the method of forced oscillations using the device FlexiVent SCIREQ. The following parameters were evaluated: Newtonian resistance, tissue stiffness and elasticity, hysteresis, tissue dumping and static elongation. The severity of GRDS was assessed by the following parameters: the ratio of wet lung mass to dry lung, the number of neutrophilic granulocytes and total protein content in bronchoalveolar lavage, lung distensibility and rigidity, impedance, level of proinflammatory cytokines in lung tissue (Gro, Ill2ra, C) ultrastructural changes in lung tissues and electrophysiological indicators of vagus nerve activity. As a result, an experimental model of GRDS was developed and tested, which in its characteristics correlates with this pathology in patients with viral pneumonia.
