A cavitation cutter has been created for the destruction of rocks with a decrease in the energy intensity of destruction, compared to traditional methods, by 7.9%. An element of the geomechatronic complex for monitoring the upper layers of the soil surface has been created, which allows to determine penetration forces with high accuracy (0.05%) depending on the depth of immersion of the indenter. Measurement accuracy is ensured by the use of a high-precision electronic dynamometer (0.01 N), which records the force at each step of the probe. A method of feeding a pulse actuator for the destruction of rocks, which is implemented according to the scheme of regenerative adaptation using a gas-liquid multiplier, with the possibility of stabilizing the load on the manipulator and hydraulic drive. At the same time the double stock on acceleration of the case in relation to acceleration of free fall and stable pressure in the hydraulic drive of 7,5 ... 7 MPa within movement of the case of a hydraulic hammer of 0 ... 0,07 m is realized. It allows to stabilize a mode of work of executive body in a cycle its work, practically, excluding cases of sudden failure of the tool during destruction of breed and to provide effective transfer of energy to a massif. Ways to increase the reliability of power supply of energy-intensive enterprises are considered, the expediency of using modern vacuum and SF6 circuit breakers instead of oil switches is substantiated and it is recommended to consider increasing the distribution voltage from 6 to 10 kV to reduce voltage and power losses. The method of identification of mathematical models of objects of electromechanical systems under the conditions of incomplete information is developed.
