Low-buffer soils at a distance of up to 15 km are practically dangerous for potentially mobile heavy metals. It was found that the use of compost allows to reduce the cost of mineral fertilizers by up to 50%, thereby reducing the anthropogenic load on agricultural landscapes while maintaining yields. Application of half the rate of mineral fertilizers together with compost and foliar treatment of plants with biostimulator regoplant gave an additional yield of 0.79 t / ha (20.3%) compared to the control variant, where the yield was 3.90 t / ha. For the mineral nutrition system N30P30K30, the yield increase was 0.82 t / ha (21.0%) against the control at NIR 0.5 = 0.14 t / ha. In the organo-mineral nutrition system with the introduction of biohumus in the arable layer of the soil, a decrease in the content of mobile forms of heavy metals, especially lead and cadmium, which belong to the elements of hazard class 1, was observed. In the presence of compost, the content of mobile forms of copper, zinc, lead, cadmium decreased by 17.1%, 23.4%, 22.6% and 23.1%, respectively. A patent for a utility model was obtained: "Method of forecasting the production of environmentally safe plant products under man-made load" № 139050 dated 26.12.2019, Agricultural measures have been developed with the complex use of biohumus and microhumine with stimulants that reduce the coefficients of biological absorption of lead and cadmium in the grain of spring barley by 1.4 - 1.6 times. This makes it possible to obtain products in accordance with sanitary and hygienic standards in areas affected by technogenesis.
