Based on the analysis of the developed technologies of liquefaction of natural gas of low productivity for creation of experimental installation the scheme of a high-pressure throttle cycle with preliminary cooling which realization is an optimum balance between increase of efficiency of thermodynamic processes and decrease in capital expenses is chosen. The main structural and technological elements of the experimental plant are: compressor (operating pressure 20 MPa, capacity 100 cubic meters / h), low-temperature refrigeration unit, 6 high-pressure heat exchangers (for the study of liquefaction with different cold sources), gas drying system and carbon dioxide extraction , oil-water separation module, shut-off and control valves, incl. cryogenic and control and measuring devices for fixing parameters on each node. The calculation scheme of the installation for modeling in the Gazkondnafta substation, the nodal scheme of gas and water flows, the functional technological scheme of the experimental installation, the sketches of the heat exchangers, the oil-water separation module were created. The design of the modular high-pressure heat exchanger, the sketch of the module is developed. The production of heat exchangers is planned at our own experimental production.
