The technologies to improve the quality of sintering and open-hearth ore. Purpose. To develop recommendations on the beneficiation technology of sintering and open-hearth ores of PJSC "ZZRK" with the output of marketable products with a mass fraction of Fe total 60 - 62%. The objectives of the research are: - generalization and analysis of literature and stock data; - development of research methods; - mineralogical, structural, texture analyzes and chemical study of rich hematite ores to research the material composition of iron ores (A-1, MK-1) PJSC "ZZRK"; - performance of technological tests of rich ores using "dry" methods of magnetic enrichment; - selection of optimal parameters of dry magnetic ore separation to obtain quality Fe total 60 - 62% - analysis of research results and calculation of qualitative and quantitative indicators; - generalization of the obtained data and substantiation of the beneficiation technology of agglomeration and open-hearth ores of PJSC "ZZRK" with the output of marketable products with a mass fraction of Fe total 60 - 62%. - preparation of recommendations for the selection of the optimal scheme for increasing the iron content in the ore; - development of recommendations on the hardware design of the recommended scheme. Research methods. Preparation of initial samples, research of their material and granulometric composition, crushing processes, dry magnetic separation and their enrichment were carried out using the methods of Gosstandart of Ukraine: DSTU 3195-95, 3196-95, 3198-95, 3207-95, 3210-95, DSTU ISO 3082: 200, MOD; DSTU ISO 10836: 200, MOD.
