Purpose: development of theoretical and methodological platform for diachronic and synchronous analysis of archetypal-stereotypical constants of language and speech, which are determining components in the formation (formation and development) of linguistic and cultural identity of ethnic groups and represented in the linguistic and communicative consciousness of their representatives; creation of a reference information system for studying the system characteristics of the Ukrainian language of different chronological sections, styles, discourses of the XVII-XVIII centuries; for the first time an electronic database of historical texts was created, presented in the form of information models, available for research with the help of electronic historical grammar and placement of this building in open access on the Internet. Research methods: traditional (descriptive, comparative-historical, comparative-typological, etc.) and the latest (conceptual and discursive analysis, anthropometric, statistical, etc.) linguistic methods. The project implementers implemented a comprehensive methodology for studying archetypal-stereotypical constants of language and speech in different ethnocultures: from synchronous to diachronic dimensions, developed during research. The key constants of language (language units, concepts) and speech (discursive practices) in different linguistic cultures (Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian, American (USA), etc.) were analyzed in different vector ways in three successive stages.
