Purpose: development of recommendations for the use of new nanostructured materials in innovative medicine. Research methods: Fourier spectroscopy of infrared light absorption; Raman spectroscopy; matrix isolation of molecules in cooled inert gases; quantum chemical modeling. Conformational analysis of monohydroxyl alcohols (ethanol, propanol, butanol, hexanol) by quantum chemical modeling methods, optimal geometries and energies of possible structures are calculated. The most stable conformers are determined. The conformational composition of water-bound clusters of alcohols isolated in low-temperature inert matrices has been established. The temperature evolution of the IR absorption spectra of water in a low-temperature argon matrix has been studied. The recorded spectral bands are assigned to water clusters of different sizes. The influence of the matrix on the water clusters isolated in it was determined by the methods of quantum chemical modeling, which is manifested in the oscillation spectra in the form of high-frequency shift of the IR absorption bands corresponding to the valence oscillations of the hydroxyl group. The spectroscopic manifestations of the presence of hydrogen-bound water clusters in nanostructured calcium hydroxylapatite were studied using the methods of vibrational spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and luminescence during X-ray excitation. The evolution of IR absorption spectra of dehydrofluorinated polyvinylidene fluoride films is analyzed and a certain relationship between the processes of formation of triple carbon-carbon bonds and the appearance of water clusters in the studied samples during their aging is established. The properties of water clusters in macromolecular matrices of aqueous solutions of lyotropic liquid crystal Sunset Yellow FCF were studied. Methods of water activation are proposed, which make it possible to obtain aqueou  Product Description popup.authors Vasylʹyeva Antonina о, Vaskivsʹkyy Eugene V. Hrabovsʹkyy Eugene S.
