Areas of concentrations within which single-phase states with FCC and BCC lattices are realized, as well as regions with heterophase structure and phase composition of these regions are established. The compositions of alloys (six from each system) are selected, which can be promising both from the point of view of research of fundamental aspects of metal physics of multicomponent concentrated alloys, and from the point of view of possible practical application. The technique is worked out and the process of melting and crystallization of alloys is optimized. Six alloys of different composition were obtained for each of the studied systems, i.e. only 18 ingots. The method of local microanalysis revealed high homogeneity of ingot composition and good correspondence of their actual and nominal compositions, as well as the practical absence of segregation, which is confirmed by microhardness measurements. Methods of metallography, electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis were used to determine in which formulations the single- or two-phase state is realized. It is established that for the Nb-Ti-V-Zr-Al and Ta-Ti-V-Zr-Al systems the calculated and experimentally determined phase-structural states of the alloys coincide quite well, but for the Cr-Fe-Ni-Mn-Al system they are observed. significant quantitative differences.   Product Description popup.authors Klimenko Ilya O.
