The purpose of the third (final) stage of fundamental research work is the creation of algorithms of computer programs that implement the developed and improved approaches, methods and models to substantiate the efficiency of elements of systems and equipment of nuclear and thermal power plants using known computational methods; conducting numerous simulation experiments with the help of developed models in order to obtain calculated data on the performance of typical rod, thin-walled and thick-walled elements, taking into account the probabilistic nature of their typical operating conditions; improvement of gradient optimization methods designed to determine the optimal operating modes (loads) of NPP and TPP units in accordance with the characteristics of the strength of structural elements, technical condition and performance of systems and equipment. The scientific novelty is that the research results will allow to take into account the complex impact on the performance of nuclear and thermal power plant equipment, modes and conditions of their operation, parameters of technological processes, radiation and mechanical stresses that cause deformation, creep, corrosion, degradation of the properties of these elements.
